The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@this.to. We aim to reply within 2 business days. To help us help you faster, include your this.to link (your slug) and the email address on your account.
Your account and signing in
this.to accounts are managed through our sign-in provider. You can sign in, sign out, and reset your password from the sign-in page. If you're locked out, or signed up with a different email than you expected, email us and we'll help you recover access.
Claiming or changing your slug
Your slug is the memorable part of your link — this.to/yourname. You choose it when you sign up, and it's yours for as long as your subscription stays active.
Want a different slug? You can rename it from your page editor. The old slug is released and may be claimed by someone else, so remember to update any links and QR codes you've already shared.
Uploading and arranging images
You can add up to 12 images to a page. Vertical images work best — around 1080×1350 — because this.to is built for mobile screens. Drag images to reorder them; the first image is what people see first.
If an upload fails, check that the file is a JPG, PNG, or GIF and isn't unusually small. Images are converted and optimised automatically after upload, so there's nothing else you need to do.
The call-to-action button
You can add one optional call-to-action button — RSVP, WhatsApp, Call, Buy, Directions, Book, and so on — pointing at any link you choose. Not every page needs one: leave it off for a page that's purely visual.
Billing and your subscription
this.to is US$5 per month for each link, billed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. You can update your card and view your invoices from the billing portal in your account.
If a payment fails, we'll retry it and let you know. Keeping your card details current is the best way to avoid losing access to your slug.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account. Your page stays live until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that, the page is taken offline and the slug may become available for others to claim. See our Terms & Conditions for the full detail.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable — cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding past ones. If you believe you were charged in error, email us and we'll look into it promptly. Nothing here limits any rights you may have under consumer law; see our Terms & Conditions for specifics.
Deleting your page or your data
You can delete a page from your account at any time. To close your account entirely, or to request a copy or deletion of your personal data, email us at support@this.to. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we hold and the rights you have over it.
Reporting a page
If you've found a this.to page that's abusive, deceptive, infringes your rights, or otherwise breaks our rules, email support@this.to with the link and a short description. We review every report and act on pages that violate our Terms & Conditions.
